قال الإعلامى محمد شردى، إن طائرة الرئيس عبدالفتاح وصلت إلى مطار نيويورك حوالى الثامنة والنصف بتوقيت القاهرة.
وأضاف شردي، خلال مداخلة هاتفية من نيويورك لبرنامج "90 دقيقة" على فضائية "المحور" مساء اليوم، أن مخطط جماعة الإخوان لمهاجمة الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسى أثناء خروجه من مطار نيويورك فشل فشلاً زريعاً ، مشيراً إلى أن مؤيدى جماعة الإخوان تجمعوا أمام المطار بينما خرج الرئيس من مكان آخر، مؤكداً أن من دفع الأموال لجمع هؤلاء الأشخاص ضاعت أمواله هباءً.
وأشار إلى أن جماعة الإخوان تحشد أمام فندق الورلد فيستوريا ظناً منهم أن الرئيس يقيم مع معظم الرؤساء المشاركين فى اجتماعات الأمم المتحدة لعدم علمهم أن السيسى يقيم فى فندق آخر، مشيراً إلى أن مجموعات كبيرة من المصريين المخلصين يستعدون لمقابلة الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسى ودعمه خلال وجوده بأمريكا.
